A playful, imagination-led week where children build confidence through movement, creativity and gentle group play.

Children explore obstacle courses, simple team missions and superhero role play, while creating their own superhero identity and finding their voice in a safe, encouraging environment.

Alongside this, each day includes familiar Discovery Playtime elements such as sensory and messy play, arts and crafts, storytime, outdoor play, music and movement, all designed to support connection, creativity and regulation.

Mindfulness and regulation tools are gently woven throughout, helping children feel calm, focused and emotionally secure.
